Plunging necklines were all the rage and there were stand-out hues. Of course their are plenty of articles and pictures but I prefer to dissect the material on my own. It's all too appropriate that the Emmy's fall just after Fashion Week. Do you think the stars came out in full force, or did they flop?

I think the hue stories are enough to focus on but other tabloids and articles are focusing on other trends including: sparkle, statement belts, and huge hair.
